When a young man gets into an accident that makes him a paraplegic, he loses the ability to do all the adventurous, daring, activities he once loved. Determined to succeed, Elle and her new friends at the school encourage her to stay in law school, and show Warner up. Will Elle’s glamorous personality help her or hurt her in the end?

A young jazz drummer, played by the one and only Miles Teller, wants to be the best in his college class to be featured in the concert that could change his career forever. When an instructor known for his terrifying, aggressive teaching methods discovers Andrew, (Miles Teller) and moves him into the class that can get him to the skill level he dreams of, his passion to make the concert band quickly spirals into an obsession, as his ruthless teacher pushes him to the brink of his ability and his sanity.
