Every New Year's Day, you always see the same people posting the same New Year resolutions about losing weight or getting better grades or getting a new job. And, you can admit it, you'd like to accomplish the same as well. Yet, at the end of every year and look back and think, "Wow, I didn't do any of the things I wanted to."
You promise each year that it's gonna be different, but this year you're gonna make it different. And here are BLANK tips how to keep yourself motivated to accomplish these goals in the new year:
BUY A NEW PLANNER
I mean it is a new year anyways. Start fresh on these blank pages. And make sure it's nice and bright like your new year is going to be.
SET THAT ALARM CLOCK
The early bird does in fact get the worm. Wake up early and go for a run, or just try and get into a routine. The earlier you're up, the more time you realize there is in a day.
KEEP A JOURNAL
It's so hard to keep track of fun and new ideas when you forget about them in a second. Try and write them down. Or record all of the things you did do in the new year, so you have something to look back on.
SET GOALS
But make sure they're realistic. Try and be the best you that you can be. Improve yourself. Nothing can hold you back.
BE KIND
A random act of kindness can make someone's day or week. And it'll make you feel like a better person.
