This fall I'm interning away from East Lansing. That means I'm missing football games, tailgates, hayrides, and all the fun that comes with autumn in East Lansing. But when you're a foodie like myself, the thing you miss most is the food. So here are the top five East Lansing restaurants I miss.

5) Conrads: Conrads. The GOAT. The best. Any superlative you want to come up with and Conrads qualifies. There is nothing like a number one at 1:45 on a Friday night. Nothing. And then being able to get waffle fries with cheese on 'em? My god. Be still my heart. Conrads, I'll be there soon. Don't forget about me.

4) Los Tres Amigos: Los Tres is the best Mexican food in all of East Lansing. Their margarita's are amazing and sometimes you just need a mountain of nachos to share with you and your friends. This honestly might be my first stop when I come back to East Lansing next semester.

3) Hopcat: I know that Hopcat has a few locations but the one in East Lansing is the only one that matters. It's been 87 days since I've had crack fries and I'm pretty sure I'm going through the same withdrawl levels as an actual crack addict. Don't fact check me on this. Science will totally back me up.

2) Pizza House: Ah Pizza House. The go to spot for when your parents have offered to take you out to dinner or when you don't want to run into anyone you know. It's also the only place I know of that delivers food and milkshakes until 4 am. Truly a god send of an establishment.

1) Ricks: Ricks serves pizza. Pizza is food. So for this article I'm including Ricks as a restaurant. If anyone doesn't like it please feel free to send me a complaint which I totally won't throw away the second I get it.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
