It’s finally November and that means the leaves will keep changing color and falling, the weather is getting colder, and we survived two months of school! November is one of the best months of the year because there is so much to look forward too! No matter if you are a big fan of November or you're not, here are four things about November that will remind you of what to look forward too!
Thanksgiving
It’s finally November and that means Thanksgiving is on the way! It’s one of the best holidays to sit around a table with all of your loved ones and eat amazing food. The endless amount of turkey, chicken, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, vegetables, cranberries, pies, chocolate and much more is one of the best ways to enjoy each others company and catch up with one another. Plus we cannot forget football and black Friday, and we must never forget what is truly important: what we are thankful for.
Wednesday Night Before Thanksgiving
Everyone needs a night out, to hang with friends or family, and relax without the worries of tomorrow. Therefore November 25, 2015 is the day for everyone no matter what age to go out and have a little fun, because let's be honest, Thanksgiving is the best hangover day with laying on the couch watching football and eating a lot of food! No wonder the day before Thanksgiving is the biggest night people go out all year-round!
Break From School
Anybody that is in school right now or was in school previously knows how much anticipation there is for Thanksgiving break. Some students get anywhere from two days off to a week off, which is a well needed break for any college student. It’s a time to go home, see family, see old friends, and just relax!
Half Way Through With The Semester
Once it’s November everyone can breathe a sigh of relief that the semester is halfway over! Most of us will either get out of school either the first week of December or third week of December, which means we have anywhere between a month or two months left of school! It’s a good time to pat yourself on the back and tell yourself that you’re going to make it! You can do it!
