After all, cardio is the very first rule on Columbus's Rules to Surviving "Zombieland". The first ones to go in a zombie apocalypse are the slow and stupid. So if you start running now and are not an imbecile, I'd say you have a 50/50 shot. Who do you want to be Daryl Dixon, Andrea (slow in the head), or this kid from Zombieland.
Yeah, nobody wants to be this guy.
4. Speaking of zombie's, did you know there's a running app called "Zombies, Run!" that can make it seem as if zombie's are chasing you while you run?
Practice makes perfect. Well, as perfect as one can get in a zombie infected world.
5. Running releases endorphin's to the emotion center of your brain that will help make you happy!
6. You won't have such a hard time getting up the stairs at school.
7. You'll get in shape.
8. You won't be a complete couch potato anymore.
9. It can help get you started on losing your freshmen 15.
10. Climbing those stairs and walking around campus all day long didn't really earn you that sonic blast like you've convinced yourself. But if you start running, you might earn it ... eventually.
11. It doesn't matter if you're slow and people are passing you up, you're still doing something!
12. Nobody really cares if you look crazy while doing it.
Even if they do, so what? They're just jealous that you got yourself out there and are doing what they know they probably should be doing.
13. Your heart will LOVE you again, at least for the duration of your workout.
14. Eventually, you will love it!

16. Or you can run by yourself and know you're doing something good just for you.

It doesn't always work, but it is a different option to constantly popping painkillers.
27. Running can reduce stress, which is something as college students, I think we could all use a lot more of.

30. It can help stimulate your brain.
