Fall may be a few weeks away,but bikini season is never out of style! Working out is a great way towards getting the body you ever wanted, but most importantly is a great way towards attaining a healthy lifestyle.

I know that a lot of people dread working out, but I am a strong believer that if one has a killer workout playlist exercising will become easier and fun! Music has the ability to push one towards their limit. One may think that they are done with their workout, but I believe that certain beats to a song can make someone workout harder. I also believe that one can even find their rhythm to their workout routine by having a good playlist. I know that weights, cardio, and dance classes are popular workouts for people so here some songs for you to listen for the next time you are at the gym!

I have two favorites genres that I like to listen to when I am working out which are Rap and Pop Dance songs. I feel that both genres can give one a boost of energy when they are running or at the gym, though they do give off two completely different types of vibes. If you are doing cardio or weights at the gym and you just want concentration, a boost of energy, or beats that help you find your pace while running, here is a list of songs that will help you do just that!
