3 Movies You'll Have To Go See

If you're a big movie buff like me, then you know that the next couple of years are going to be HUGE when it comes to cinema. But in case you haven't been keeping up with what's coming out like I have, then this your chance! Here are my top three movies to get excited about.

"X-Men: Apocalypse"

When I saw the trailer for the newest installment of the X-Men series (which I have been obsessed with since day one), my jaw literally dropped. Every single X-Men movie, aside from the one where Wolverine was in Japan ( a story for a later time), has been better than the last and I have no other expectations for this one. Not only does it have Jennifer Lawrence, James McAvoy, and Michael Fassbender all returning, we also have Sophie Turner (Game of Thrones) playing a young Jean Grey. While it would be nice to see some of the original cast come into play here, like in "Days of Future Past," this new ensemble has definitely held their own in the X-Men world. "X-Men: Apocalypse" comes out on May 27, 2016, and I could not be more excited.

"Suicide Squad"

Will Smith, Jared Leto, Scott Eastwood, Viola Davis — Need I say more? Since we already have had a Marvel movie, why not spice it up with some DC action? I have to say that before I saw that this movie was coming out, I had not even heard of the "Suicide Squad." (I'm usually more tailored to Marvel.) But once I saw the cast, I had to check out the trailer and was completely blown away, and now I may be more excited for this than "Apocalypse."

"The Jungle Book"

Recreating a classic is not always a good move, but in this case, I think it will be the best move. "The Jungle Book," once a beloved Disney classic, is now one of the most talked-about films to come out. This really shows the power of recreating something that so many people love and making an epic tale out of it. With Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, Scarlett Johansson, Idris Elba and Christopher Walken, this film is sure to break records. This could even pave the way for more remakes of Disney movies in the future. I wouldn't say no to some live-action versions of "The Lion King" or "Mulan."

I cannot explain how excited I am for all of these films. I hope you all enjoy them as much as I do (with maybe a little less fangirling).
