Ah, the struggles of being a dancer...with great dedication comes great struggles. So whether you're a former dancer or a current one, see how many of these dancer probs that you can relate to!

1. Constantly finding new bruises in the most random places

2. Going out in public in a ballet bun and tights

3. Not being able to fit into skinny jeans because your leg muscles just won't allow it

4. Tiger Balm and Icy Hot and Advil, oh my!

5. Ice Baths are a necessary evil

7. When your entire class grand plies and there's a chorus of knee pops and cracks

8. Nonchalantly cracking and popping your joints in general

9. "Got any plans for tonight?" "Yeah, Dance Rehearsal

10. Partnering Improv will always be the fastest icebreaker in any situation

11. When you get the sudden urge to choreograph to a song but you're in a public place

12. Us dancers go through deodorant like a kid goes through candy on Halloween

13. "But Dancers aren't athletes" "OH IS THAT SO?!" *lectures offender about the blood, sweat and tears that go into being a dancer*

14. "I did a dance to this song!" *proceeds to execute jazz dance from 2011*

15. Male Dancers are exotic and rare creatures that are to be admired and respected

16. Floor barre is fun for about three minutes

17. Looking like a sleep-deprived, homeless gym junkie is the norm

19. Dancers eat every meal like it's our last meal

20. When you nail a triple pirouette but NOBODY IS THERE TO SEE IT

22. Dancers look for every excuse to dress up (and we look damn fine when we do)

26. You have an automatic support group that you trust your darkest secrets with because let's be real, if they can lift your weight and not drop you, they're keepers

27. The friendships that are made are forever and you wouldn't trade your dance squad for the world

It's a struggle at times, but it's all worth it in the end! The dance memories are unforgettable and the friendships are forever. Go forth and turn out.
