26 Stages Of Pulling An All-Nighter As Told By Taylor Swift

For all you night-owls or procrastinators out there, you and I both know this struggle all too well. You know, when you suddenly realize that the assignment you've known about forever that you've always told yourself you'll start on tomorrow is actually due tomorrow. And at this point, you're just like. No one understands me. Can't do this. I'm so done with life. I should pull a Mark Zuckerberg and become a drop-out billionaire. Well, you're not alone! Taylor understands, and so do I. Trust me, a self-proclaimed expert on all-nighters, when I say that I've been there and you got this. Don't give up! #mindovermatter.

1. The moment you realize that your assignment is due tomorrow.

2. You accept your horrible fate.

3. You frantically start thinking of ideas to write about.

4. Two words: Redbull. Coffee.

5. You convince yourself that it's OK to take a nap for a bit because you’ve thought of ideas in your head and therefore, have made progress.

6. The moment you wake up and realize it’s 10PM and you’ve actually done nothing.

7. In the middle of your mental breakdown, you realize that the only way to survive is to eat... Because food is life.

8. Also, you can’t work in a messy environment so I guess it’s time to do a little cleaning. To be honest, mom would be so proud right now.

9. Checks Facebook for five minutes because… Cute cat videos.

10. FML. It's almost 1 a.m.

11. Motivational speech time. You realize at this point you’re pretty much screwed, but you don’t give up. You ain’t no quitter.

12. It’s a new day. It’s a new you.

13. Spotify: Study Pump Playlist.

14. Oh, dearest a.k.a. Sparknotes, JSTOR, Wikipedia, and smart analytical opinionated people of the Internet. It’s so nice to see you again, best friends!

15. You’re doing it. You’re making words.

16. You’ve finished a couple of paragraphs now. Reading over it, half brain-dead, you feel proud of yourself for accomplishing so much already.

17. You deserve a break. Maybe a quick shower to wake you up.

18. Also, where da food at?! #slungry.

19. OK. 4:15 a.m. Sun’s almost up. You got this.

20. You reread your already written paragraphs to boost your self-esteem.

21. Nope. JK. It’s too late. Can’t do this. *meticulously calculates grades in order to pass*

22. But you are still determined to finish this paper because you’ve come too far to quit.

*chugs one more can of Redbull*

23. When you finally finish your essay.

24. You swear you’ll never do this again.

25. But let’s be honest…You probably will.

26. But until then, who cares? It’s time to sleep because you deserve it.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
