I am thankful for a lot of things, but here is a few of my blessings.

2. Orville Redenbacher.

3. Lin-Manuel MIranda for creating Hamilton: An American Musical.

4. My opportunity to write for The Odyssey, and let my voice be heard.

5. Access to social media, but also access to going unplugged for a while.

6. Turkey, dressing, and ALL THE FOODS THAT COME WITH THANKSGIVING.

7. The ability to travel.

8. The Vampire Diaries.

9. And The Originals.

10. Jeffree Star Cosmetics.

11. Anything from Kylie Jenner.

12. And Khloe Kardashian.

13. SUBSCRIPTION BOXES.

14. Audrey Hepburn movies. Especially Breakfast at Tiffany's.

15. A good merlot.

16. Friendships that I've had the pleasure of being a part of, even the ones that were cut short.

17. Cow paintings. They're hilarious, guys. Promise.

18. Pizza rolls and Top Ramen.

19. Thankful to be working a job that I enjoy doing while seeking higher education.

20. The veterans that have served or are currently serving to protect our freedom, as well as keep us safe.

21. Literally all memes.

22. My health, and the health of those around me.

23. The town I grew up in, as much as I love not living there anymore.

24. The bond I have with my entire family

25. Every single day that I had with my mom.

I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
