Here are 22 self care tips when stress seems to be taking over:

1. Facials

2. Read a good book.

3. Join a club/take a class you've been interested in.

4. Yoga

5. Meditation

6. Exercise

7. Drink more water.

8. Wander around your favorite place whether it be a store or a park.

9. Get a massage.

10. Spend time with people who make you happy.

11. Eat your favorite food or treat.

12. Take a long, hot shower.

13. Do that thing that you’ve been putting off because of how “busy” you are. Whether it be a hiking trip or a walk around a lake, just do it.

14. Don’t be afraid to unplug from everyone.

15. Watch your favorite show.

16. Take time to write down your thoughts when you’re feeling especially overwhelmed.

17. Take a bath.

18. Take a walk by yourself.

19. Watch a sunset by your favorite spot, whether it be a beach or a rooftop.

20. Take a nap.

21. Or...go to bed extra early and get 9-10 hours of sleep.

22. Take a staycation. Disconnect from everyone and everything and just focus on yourself for a weekend.

Hope these help and hang in there!
