College is a concept that many high schoolers dream of, while graduates reminisce about their 'best memories.' Those crucial four years in between dictate much of our respective futures; however, that doesn't mean it is all work and no play. Whether college is a place you never want to leave or you are counting down the days until you graduate, we call all agree on a few things.

1. Having your first fight with your roommate.

Sharing a small space with another person can get tough.

2. When your room is the hangs-spot, but you have three papers to write and an exam at 9 a.m.

Your friends will still be there tomorrow night.

3. Realizing you actually don't know how to cook.

Mom and dad made it look so easy.

4. Pulling all-nighters.

What's finals week without one?

5. Never being early to your 8 a.m. class.

The only person who thought this was a good idea was your adviser.

6. Inevitably meeting a few shady people.

They can't all be keepers.

7. Losing your friends at a crowded party.

This is the epitome of stressed out.

8. Not being health conscious, whatsoever.

They call it an unhealthy lifestyle, you call it coping with stress.

9. Being 'that friend' who needs a little extra help one weekend.

It happens to the best of us.

10. Having way too many photos documenting every night out with your friends.

And admittedly posting them all to your various social medias. (Oops!)

11. Meeting people who are just like you.

Even though you were nervous about not making friends, you ended up finding a ton of people with the same interests.

12. Going to the on campus clinic regardless of how many times they misdiagnose you.

You went in with an ear infection but they swear to you that it has to be allergies or mono. It is really a toss up between the two.

13. Living under a rock during finals week.

Finals week is a time in which you have zero clue about what is happening off campus.

14. Begrudgingly taking that one biology requirement.

We all power through it. (Sorry Bio Majors)

15. Always having a shoulder to cry on.

In turn you are also a shoulder to cry on.

16. Taking care of your best friend when they're at their worst.

They would do it for you too.

17. Struggling to find underwear after two weeks of not doing laundry.

"Maybe I should just go to the mall and buy a few more pairs to hold me over."

18. Realizing group projects will never end, not even in college.

People are just as hard to work with in college.

19. Waiting for your final grades is the most nerve wracking part of the term.

"Please, please, please be an A."

20. And inevitably gets you a little too stressed out.

It's hard to keep both your GPA and yourself together. You choose the former.

21. Knowing you'll look back on this time with fond memories, no matter how much you currently complain.

Although you complain relentlessly about all the 'struggles' you have as a college student, you know it will be remember as a pretty awesome four years.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
