We say a lot. Through our looks, our acts, and most importantly, through our words. What we say reflects so much about ourselves, and how we respond to our daily life.
Here are 21 things we should say more often:
21. "You're welcome."
This is just polite and nice to hear after someone says thank you.
20. "I need help."
It's OK to admit it. After all, everyone needs help. Sometimes more than others.
19. "Please."
Whatever you're asking for, this might help get you closer to it.
18. "Thank you."
Not just on Thanksgiving or birthdays, but every day. Always stay thankful.
17. "You're great."
Most people are. So why not tell them?
16. "I can."
Why say "I can't" and get that stuck in your head? YOU CAN.
15. "Yes."
Cause why not?
14. "Excuse me."
Promise the looks will be a to nicer than if you don't say it.
13. "You can do it."
Everyone needs some encouragement.
12. "I'm sorry."
It might be tough to say, but so worth it.
11. "I forgive you."
Have a softer heart. I promise it will make life easier.
10. "This will pass."
It may be good, or it may be bad. But it will pass so enjoy it or stick it out, just a little longer.
9. "I'm not perfect."
Even if you think you are, you're not. Everyone has bad days, and hearing someone say this will make you feel less alone on your "not so perfect" days.
8. "You're amazing."
Watch how their face turns into one huge smile after you say this.
7. Nothing.
Sometimes it's better to say too little, than too much.
6. "I care."
Everyone needs someone to care. Even if it's the most unimportant thing to you, care about it.
5. "I don't know."
It's OK. Not everyone knows everything, and that is OK.
4. "You're beautiful."
Everyone is beautiful in their own way, so tell them! (Even if it's a guy.)
3. "Everything will be alright."
It will. I promise.
2. "I'm listening."
How nice is it to hear this when you feel like nobody cares? Pretty nice.
1. "I love you."
Everyone wants to be loved by someone. Tell someone you love them. And mean it.
Say it loud. Say it often. Say it kindly. Say something kind to someone each day. I promise this world can use it, and whoever you speak to, well, it can and probably will, change their whole day.
