Everyone is always so excited turn the big 2-1. Most have a count down and some pretty big plans ranging anywhere from a night out on the town when the clock strikes midnight to getting wild on a party bus, to even going to Vegas just to get the experience of finally being legal.

Being twenty-one is a great time because it is like you have no restrictions and you can live without any issues of getting in trouble, except of maybe getting kicked out of the bar. As you turn twenty-one, here are twenty-one different things that you definitely should experience on Michigan State's campus.

1. Get you black card from Rick's. You are already going for your birthday, but this baby get you into Rick's free for a month.
2. Spin the wheel at PT O’Malley’s and let it determine your fate. The wheel is full of different types of shots to shoot back.
3. Go to Crunchys' and have a bucket. If you have ever been to Crunchy’s and you look on the wall, there is a whole lot of buckets that get filled with beer. Buckets are meant to be shared with at least four people, but the more the better.
4. Head over to Landshark and have a fish bowl. By the time you graduate, you better have tried a fishbowl at the "Shark".
5. Witness Dublin turn into “Club Dub” at 10 p.m. where they take out the tables and chairs in the back room.
6. Take a tequila shot with salt on one hand and a lime in the other, and just try not make a face.
7. Go to Harper's and have a Cat’s Pajamas, which is only at Harpers and has enough alcohol content for you and your friend.
8. Go to the Peanut Barrel have one of their famous Long Islands.
9. Hang out at Rama on Thursday afternoons where you get a pitcher of beer for the cheapest price you could imagine.
10. Try one of the brewed beers at HopCat with there specialty fries.
11. Go on a bar crawl (you may even be able to cross most of these off your list).
12. Go to a real brewery and have the small glasses of all different types of beers.
13. If you like to dance, then make it your goal to dance on every stage in East Lansing. You do you.
14. Tailgate on campus and finally fully enjoy your beer without looking for a cop to spoil the party.
15. Experience Crunchy’s Karaoke night.
16. Have your friends teach you about all the different shots you must try.
17. Learn what is on special each night depending on your favorite bar.
18. Enjoy half off at Dublin’s and go early enough so you can have dinner and then stay until it closes.
19. After Bash or Rama, go to Harper's or Rick's and get in for free.
20. Find your signature drink and stick with it...or just drink beer.
21. Enjoy being twenty-one! It is a really good time when you have the right people around you.
