21 Savage was detained by ICE for overstaying his visa. A copy of the rappers Birth Certificate was obtained by the MailOnline, which appears to show that he was born in London. HE IS ACTUALLY BRITISH!

Many artists showed support for the rapper when the incident happened such as Cardi B, Lil Yachty, J. Cole, Rich The Kid, and Lil Dirk. However, there were other artists that "joked" on the matter like Demi Lovato, Tierra Whack, and Super Chef Maloney. Most comments were posted on Twitter, where fans also discussed this situation mostly in funny matters for example memes. Artists like Wale and Offset suggest that many of these "jokes" (memes) are crossing the line especially an artist that take part in it. We have seen the news about Demi Lovato deleting Twitter because of people replying to her demeaning words about 21.

The ICE investigation is currently ongoing. Many say that he can be faced with a 10-year-ban from the U.S. and that he would have to have "special" permission in order to perform in the country. His lawyer currently reported that his legal team is "working diligently" to free him from his detention and "work with the authorities to clear up any misunderstandings" (Tobin, Olivia from EveningStandard). The latest news is that he will be released Wednesday, February, 13th. The rapper also applied for a Visa and was nominated for a Grammy. Seems like things are starting to lighten up!

Some facts about him are that on his 21st birthday he was shot 6 times. He was very, very close to death but thankfully survived. Another fact is that the name 21 Savage came from him just looking for an Instagram name - crazy and funny how much influence social media has in this day an age. Lastly, he became a celebrity after his debut project 'Slaughter Tap' in 2015 (fairly new in the rap industry, 4 years). He made the debut by just using his MacBook and a microphone while recording with high profile artist.

I love 21. I have been such a strong supporter of the rapper and this hit me like a truck especially because he just came out with a new album. Some of my favorite tracks are A Lot and Monster. His lyrics are so truthful and real. If you haven't seen any of his music videos, you're totally missing out. 21 Savage has such a cool way expressing who he is, however, was that the reason he got caught? Was it one of the lyrics that exposed him to this mess? Fans are in disbelief to this information so they have been doing research to make sense of this, which is why the memes have become so popular. I think it is a way of coping and making sense of why he kept this away from the world. I am anxious to see what happens and will hope for some tour dates after this is all done. I know you won't give up and I'll be praying for your dreams.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
