If you haven't heard by now, ABC has announced that Nick Viall, "Bachelorette" two-time runner up and "Bachelor in Paradise" contestant will be the new Bachelor in the 2017 season. There have been many mixed emotions following the reveal -- many are shocked and disappointed, but many are also very excited to see Nick return and have another chance at love. The biggest question raised was: why did the producers not pick a man from the last season of "The Bachelorette" following the usual tradition? Several were shocked that neither "Bachelorette" alum Luke Pell nor Chase McNary were chosen to be the Bachelor.

While fans may be upset, the verdict has still been chosen, and Nick Viall will become the next Bachelor. Here is everything you need to know about the handsome-as-ever Nick Viall.
