Turns out that people our age don't like to spend much time reading. Who would have guessed it?
However, I'm sure we'd still like to be knowledgeable on current events. So, here are some memes to represent a timeline from the greatest election of all time.
No joke. How may Republican candidates did we start off with this election?
Not only did we have 300 candidates, but most of them clearly weren't well prepared for the campaign trail.
We can't forget the "Democrat" that never was either, Mr. Jim "I killed a man" Webb.
Not too long ago, we lost another candidate. Apparently good things don't come in threes.
Also lost along the way was Dr. Carson, who while being a brilliant brain surgeon still had his intelligence questioned with some of his not so popular beliefs.
At this point on the Republican side we have to choose the lesser of two evils. So this...

I mean, the Democrats must be a little better, right?
On one hand we have a "criminal," and on the other, we have a hypocrite.
To be completely honest, this election isn't looking too great for anyone - unless of course you hopped on the Bernie bandwagon months ago.
As of right now, I'm really torn as to who I want to be our next president.
You know what? Maybe I'll just wait for 2020. Things should be better by then.
