20 Thoughts We All Have at the Gym.

Going to the gym is always an interesting experience. Even if the gym is part of your daily routine, each time you go there is always something different. However, whether you're a hardcore gym rat, or an occasional visitor, there are certain commonalities we all experience from time to time. From funny people-watching, to gym envy, to the mid-workout lull, here are some thoughts we all experience while paying a visit to the gym.

1. Where did all these people come from? It's never this busy.

2. I swear, half of these people must have just joined.

3. That girl’s outfit is so cute, I wonder where she got it.

4. Why don’t I have any gym clothes? Mental note: invest in stylish workout apparel.

5. Oh no. Oh no. Did I forget my headphones?

6. Thank god. False alarm.

7. Ugh that guy is using my favorite machine. Doesn't he know I always use that machine at this time?

8. I guess I’ll try something new. Hmm, wonder how this one works?

9. Act cool, you can totally figure out what this machine does, it's not rocket science.

10. OK, OK, abort mission, no clue how this works.

11. Wait she’s headed to the machine, let’s see what she does.

12. Ohhhhh, that’s how that works, OK. Good to know for next time.

13. Yes, my machine is finally free.

14. OK, time to get serious, let’s do this.

15. How long has it been? Can I be done yet?

16. Just forty-five more minutes you can do this.

17. I am really regretting that extra cookie last night.

18. Ten minutes, push through.

19. Woohoo, all done!

20. Oh thank god, the endorphins kicked in.

Endorphins are the best part of exercising -- just hope that happy feeling carries over 'til tomorrow when you have to pay another visit to the gym.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
