Every college student is home for the summer, and that means a time to relax. But here are thoughts we have when it comes to an end.

1.Wow…that went by fast. It was just yesterday it started too, or it felt like it.

2. I’ve binged watched my favorite movie 20 times so far…

3. It’s coming to an end soon I can’t believe I go back to school next week…

4. Where is my backpack, and I have to put my parking pass back in my car again.

5. Back to high way driving and traffic is going to be a pain.

6. I can’t wait to go back to boring lectures that make me want to read during it.

7. Back to writing papers and studying like crazy again.

8. Let me clean up my room more since I have a week left.

9. On second thought let me go get more stuff done on reading.

10. Nope, time to play video games before I can’t anymore.

11. Let me talk to friends and have a life before I don’t have one anymore.

12. Damn, I can’t believe I don’t have enough time for stuff anymore.

13. I’m definitely not going to be able to party as much when school starts.

14. What do I have to do again? Which video games can I beat before college?

15. Whelp back to wanting to sleep all day I can’t wait.

16. Trips to the library and ignoring the world with headphones.

17. Now back to parking space fighting.

18. Back to getting from one class to the other.

19. It went by too fast since it’s over already, and I’m starting next week.

20. I graduate and it will be awesome to finally be done with school.

Now that the summer is almost over it’s back to college!

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
