There are just some things that us ladies do that deserve a good ol' pat on the back.
1. Getting your eye liner perfect on the first try. If this isn't the most rewarding thing, I really don't know what is.
2. Making a great pun. Spontaneous moments of super witty comments, or references, are so rewarding. It is like, "holy sh!t? I just said that? Don't say anything else, it won't be as clever."
3. When you get an "I miss you" text from an ex and you ignore it because you're better than that.
4. ...and your "read" receipts are on. Oh you savage.
5. Saying the number one answer on "Family Feud" before they say it. Yeah, you'd kill it on the show, you just need a bunch of you to be on your team.
6. Taking a killer selfie. That's not lighting or a filter, it is all you girl.
7. Ordering something online and it fits perfectly. You know your body so well you don't even have to measure yourself.
8. Getting compliments on the outfit you pretty much put together in the dark. I went into this blind, but I guess I'm fashion forwardly blind.
9. Rapping every word to your jam and not messing up. *drops mic*
10. Clutching out an A. This goes for anyone. A's make people happy and shocked at the same time.
11. When your Instagram caption is on "fleek". Yeah you did just quote a Drake song that fit the picture perfectly and everyone got it. It's gonna be a good day.
12. Catching something when someone gives a bad throw. You just looked super human to everyone around you, enjoy it. They think you have cat like reflexes, but really you just watch a lot of cat videos.
13. Dropping your phone and it doesn't crack. Sweet baby Jesus, that could've been a turn for the worst, but everything is okay.
14. Throwing your hair up in a bun, and it looks #tumblr. You need an automatic photo shoot just for your bun.
15. When you get your nails done. You didn't do sh!t except for pay for it, but hey, good for you.
16. Making it to the charger at 1% and battery saving mode. You tuck and rolled to that outlet 007 style.
17. Making it to Chic-fil-a before they stop serving breakfast. 10:27? No problem. Let me just run three red lights, and a stop sign. The chicken biscuit is worth it.
18. Going to Target and only buying what you went there for. This needs no explanation.
19. Not missing a patch of hair on your legs when you shave. The process of shaving is all about feeling, so the fact that your fingers didn't let you down this time is more than enough of a reason for a pat on the back.
20. When your bra and underwear match. Usually we look like we just threw up patterns on our undergarments, or they resemble what your grandma wears, so when they match, you be feeling yo' self.
