20 Sagittarius Quotes And Facts
Kerri Caldwell

I have always been fascinated about how accurate astrological signs are. I was born on December 19th, making me a Sagittarius, loud and proud. If you are a fellow Sag, these are for you. If you have found yourself in the company of a Sagittarius and can’t keep up with them, these are DEFINITELY for you!

I chose the 20 quotes and facts about a Sagittarius that I relate to and describe me the most.

Sagittarius is the ninth astrological sign, and its duration is between November 22nd -December 21st. Sagittarius, half human and half horse, is the centaur of mythology, the learned healer whose higher intelligence forms a bridge between Earth and Heaven. Their element is fire. Also known as the Archer, Sagittarius is represented by the symbol of a bow and arrow.

1. There is probably nothing more important to a Sag than their freedom. This can be in any form or outlet: creativity, energy, thoughts, even their own personal space. Caging in a Sagittarius in any shape, way, or form will not end well.

2. I believe I have a mild form of O.C.D. My co-workers, friends, family, and boyfriend all think otherwise. I think my psychiatrist does, too. The prescription he gave me seems to confirm this. Also, my need to accompany this specific quote with an even number, and NOT an odd number, also might confirm my above average case of O.C.D. (I really do hate that O.C.D. is 3 letters, but if you count the periods in between, it comes out to 6, so PHEW!).

3. I hated school, but I loved to read. I had my own chair in the principal's office, but I could read the hell out of 6-8 books a week. I truly didn't have time for homework with all the books I read.

4. Rebel? Yes. Daredevil? Yup. Restless? ALWAYS.

5.

6. Most people have panic attacks when they have too much to do. I get panic attacks when I have too much free time.

7. You're welcome.

8. I've never been afraid to try, or to fail. Not knowing is my biggest fear.

9. I couldn't imagine living my life any other other way.

10. Probably the best trait of a Sagittarius.

11. Key words here: blunt, freedom fighter, restless.

12.

13.

14. I dare you to try and be boss a Sagittarius woman around and take control over the relationship. I DARE YOU.

15. A Guide to Knowing a Sagittarius: Freedom, Feelings, and Fakes. We want our freedom, we suck at feelings, and we hate fakes. It's that simple.

16. Nothing is more boring than knowing what to expect in life.17.

18.

19.

20. Protective, not possessive. There's a difference; if you don't know, don't bother going after a Sagittarius.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
