I've had a lot of people ask me one question when I tell them where I chose to go to school.

"Oh, doesn't your sister go there?"

Every time I answer yes, I get the line of questions about how I feel about being at the same school as her. Here are 20 reasons why it will be great and I will tell them that every time.

1. I am new to college (duh).

2. I like having my sister around.

3. My sister and I use each other to vent pretty much every night.

4. Living by her will be awesome.

5. I can't drive and she can.

6. I like going places, so I like her being able to drive me.

8. She helps me make good decisions.

9. I help her make good decisions.

10. My sister is great company.

11. My sister's friends are great company.

12. She's going to be my helper for things around campus.

13. She can prepare me for what to expect.

14. She can introduce me to people I should know.

15. She's a pretty cool person, so having her name to throw out to new professors and staff I meet could be helpful.

16. She can tell me what I should and shouldn't do and what to avoid.

17. She can give me food if I run out.

18. I can give her food if she runs out.

19. If I'm sad I can go to her and she can come to me.

And most of all...

20. I love my sister more than anybody in the whole world.

Of course there is so many reasons why going to school with one of your siblings is not even close to the end of the world, and this is just a few. I love my sister more than anything.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
