Action
It is a no-brainer to me -- we, women, sure do have our plate full. From the time our feet hit the floor in the morning, to the time we lay our head on the pillow, there is a constant to do list running through our minds. From now on, we need to live by these quotes to start checking things off our mental list.
"Just put on your makeup and get out there and do it." -Emma Bunton
"Those who do not move do not notice their chains." -Rosa Luxemburg
"It is a common delusion that you can make thing better by talking about them." -Rose Macaulay
"Never retract, never explain, never apologize -- just get the thing done and let them howl." -Nellie McClung
Anger
Who doesn't let their anger get the best of them? It seems impossible not to, but maybe these thoughts will change your perspective. Many of the things we get upset about are make a small impact in the grand scheme of things, so let's sit back and take a breather.
"In anger, you look ten years older." -Hedda Hopper
"As you get older, though, you realize there are fire extinguishers. You do have an ability to control the flames." -Chaka Khan
"Anger is like milk, it should not be kept too long." -Phyllis Bottome
Belief
Believing in ourselves and our daily choices is a necessary part of growing up. If we don't have faith in ourselves, how can we expect other people to put their faith in our hands. It's time we show some confidence, ladies.
"As simple as it sounds, we all must try to be the best person we can: by making the best choices, by making the most of the talents we've been given." -Mary Lou Retton

"If you think you can, you're right; and if you think you can't, you're right." -Mary Kay Ash
Body
I know, I know. No one wants to talk about this, and when you read the title, you probably thought of your problem areas. Well, drop those thoughts this very second because we are all beautiful and it's time we believe it.
"We must claim our bodies as our own to love and honor in their infinite shapes and sizes. Fat, thing, soft, hard, puckered, smooth, our bodies are our homes." -Abra Fortune Chernik
"We have to have faith in ourselves. I have never met a woman who, deep down in her core, really believes she has great legs. And if she suspects that she might have great legs, then she's convinced that she has a shrill voice and no neck." -Cynthia Heimel
"God made a very obvious choice when he made me voluptuous; why would I go against what he decided for me? My limbs work, so I'm not going to complain about the way my body is shaped." -Drew Barrymore
Community
No matter how tough things get with the people we love, we must remember they are human, too -- just as we are when we make a mistake. The hours that pass on the clock are crucial, so why not spend each second we can with those who make us a better person?
"Call it a clan, call it a network, call it a tribe, call it a family. Whatever you call it, whoever you are, you need one." -Jane Howard
"Forgiveness is the act of admitting we are like other people." -Christina Baldwin
"Lots of people want to ride with you in the limo, but what you want is someone who will take the bus with you when the limo breaks down." -Oprah Winfrey
"Let no one come to you without leaving better and happier." -Mother Teresa
CHANGE
This is, perhaps, the most common category of life. In fact, this is life. Every day, we are faced with a new phenomenon and how we choose to react displays our character. Even though change is seen as scary, sometimes unwanted, and often unplanned, we have no choice but to take the cards we have been dealt.
"Those who don't know how to weep with their whole heart don't know how to laugh, either." -Golda Meir
"I like living. I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, racked with sorrow, but through it all I still know, quite certainly, that just to be alive is a grand thing." -Agatha Christie
"Never get so fascinated by the extraordinary that you forget the ordinary." -Magdalen Nabb
