Roommates can either be a blessing or a curse. If your roommate is your best friend, as mine is, you'll exchange a variety of one-liners that basically sum up your friendship. Here are 20 one-liners most roommates exchange.

1. Do you want to go get food?

Is that even a question? Of course, we can go

2. Is the door unlocked?

If it isn't, then I'm in class. If it is, I'm in here.

3. Do you have your key?

Always, my dude.

4. These bitches.

Come spill the tea about the bitches, that's what I'm here for.

5. Does this look cute?

Yes, and even if it didn't I'd lie and say it is.

6. I'm sorry my side of the room is a disaster.

She says as there are two or three things out of place whereas my side looks like a tornado ran through it for three weeks.

7. I'll clean tomorrow.

I say every day until I decide I can't live in filth anymore.

8. Can we get ice cream?

Spotted cow here we come!

9. Can you read this and make sure it sounds right?

Of course, I'll drop all my work for you. That's what best friends are for, right?

10. Are you on the phone with your mom too?

Mom phone calls are a daily thing in this room.

11. I don't wanna go to class today.

Me either, let's not and say we did.

12. When can we drop out?

Now, right now.I'll drive the getaway car from our parents.

13. I'm dropping out.

Same girl.

14. Will you go with me to this thing?

I don't want to but I will.

15. Will you help me write an Odyssey article?

16. Can you read my Odyssey article?

I'll read yours if you read mine.

17. Does this sound bitchy?

Yes, and I approve of it.

18. Did your article go live?

19. Your article went live!

20. I couldn't do this with a different roommate.

I know.

I love my roommate, and exchanging these one-liners during our first semester has strengthened our friendship. Share this with your roommate and make these more prominent in your dorm room. Or possibly, apply to write for Odyssey to see what the fuss is all about.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
