20 Burning Questions Every 20-Year-Old Should Ask Themselves

1. Am I really doing fine?

We all know fine is an utter excuse to ignore how we really feel.

2. Am I eating well?

Do weekends count?

3. Is he/she even worth it?

If you're questioning if they are or not, they probably aren't.

4. Do I over-analyze things too often?

Stop overthinking. It's easier to see things for how they are, and not for how they might be.

5. Should I give up, or keep going?

You can't keep holding onto someone if they don't want to be held.

6. Which is worse: failing or never trying?

If you never try, then you never learn, and you never have the chance to receive something rewarding.

7. What am I doing after college?

Graduate, I suppose.

8. Should I find an internship?

Internships give you the experience employers demand.

9. Will I regret this in the morning?

Probably.

10. Am I good enough?

The answer is always yes.

11. Is it okay to text him/her first?

Stop waiting, and take action.

12. Am I putting enough effort into my relationships?

Don't take them for granted. If you don't want to lose individuals in your life, make sure to stay connected and dedicated to them.

13. Will my GPA affect me post-grad?

Your GPA may get you in the door, but it’s not going to close the deal.

14. Should I let it go, or let them know?

If it's a recurring issue, address it before it blows up.

15. Will it matter a year from now?

Before making a decision, always ask yourself this question.

16. What advice would I give my younger self?

Would you change anything?

17. Did I make the right decision?

Trust your gut instinct.

18. Do I tell my parents I love them everyday?

You should recognize life is too short to take them for granted.

19. Do I try too hard?

There's a line between putting in effort and trying too hard.

20. Does it really matter what others think of me?

Stop worrying, and start living.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
