The iconic Lorelai Gilmore from Gilmore Girls will always hold a special place in my heart. Her can-do attitude mixed with a touch of sarcasm and a dying need for coffee makes her into everything I could possibly want to be and more. After watching the show for maybe the seventh time through, I've realized she has a knack for describing college life perfectly with her sly remarks and side comments. I've compiled a list of some of her most brilliant moments.

1. When you go to your worst class and sit through a pointless lecture.

2. When you contemplate dropping out at least 15 times a day.

3. When you skipped your classes on Friday and get too comfortable with the idea of not having them at all.

4. When you've had your third break down of the week and it's only September.

5. When people give you that look when you're still undecided as a junior.

6. When your teacher assigns a paper the same week that you have two quizzes and a test.

7. When you meet someone in your 8 am lecture that hates it as much as you do.

8. When you're home for Thanksgiving and everyone keeps asking about college.

9. When you realize you've complained for four straight hours and forgotten why you started.

10. When you only have six pages of an eight page paper done.

11. When you're nearing summer and hit that point of denial where you refuse to look at your grades anymore.
