If Only She Had Kept Her Legs Closed: Fiction Based On Reality

The following fiction piece is based on the reality of how skewed our justice system is in terms of rape and its victims. Like this, for example:

The Harsh Reality We Live In

19-year-old Anthony Wormsnail was arrested last night for the rape of 18-year-old Stephanie Dillard at a house party just off the Trump University campus. Wormsnail held Dillard down and forced her legs open in the basement of the house, ripping her pants, as well as his own, down and proceeded to thrust violently inside her.

This horrifying rape came to an end when a couple intervened and yanked Wormsnail off Dillard’s body. Dillard was incoherent after the rape, as she was very intoxicated because her drink had been spiked.

Wormsnail said that he acted the way he did because he was really drunk and wanted some action with a female.

“Usually my hand is enough to get me through the day, but I really wanted some p**sy that night,” he said in court early this afternoon.

When asked if he thought if he raped the girl, Wormsnail denied the accusation.

“It wasn’t rape,” he said. “She could have just closed her legs. I wouldn’t have done anything if her legs stayed together.”

The young man who pulled Wormsnail off of Dillard, Ryan Peckett, said that Dillard was practically unconscious and had no idea what was going on.

“Her face was really droopy; she was so plastered, there is no way she knew what Anthony was doing to her,” Peckett said. “I know she did not give him permission to do that to her.”

It is to our knowledge that Dillard is in her home in the care of her mom, Wilma and dad, George. Dillard’s mom spoke to the press after Wormsnail’s court appearance.

“I hope he gets a nice long jail sentence,” she said. “He ruined my baby girl’s life. She can’t eat, can’t speak and has been shaking and crying since she woke up after the party.”

It has been learned that the rape charge against Wormsnail has since been dropped.

“After listening to what he had to say, I have come to realize that he is right,” Judge Martin Brockport said. “She could have kept her legs shut and not gotten blackout drunk. Sometimes a man just needs to have sex with a female counterpart because it is just not the same as using your hand for the deed. I completely understand why Anthony did what he did and do not think that he should go to jail and ruin the rest of his life.”

Wilma Dillard could be seen weeping after the judge gave his verdict. She tried to protest but was escorted out of the courtroom.

Citizen Jason Smalls said that rape cases are getting predictable and boring because none of the rapists get jail time. “I really want someone to get caught with marijuana possession,” he said. “Maybe then we’ll finally get to see someone get jail time. You can get up to 20 years for that, you know.”

This is the third rape case in two years from the area, one of them being Wormsnail. None of them were found guilty and received no punishment.
