I'm a girl and I lift. I like going to the gym. I like working out. It makes me feel good about myself. I go with some of my best friends who support me and encourage me to become a better me. We lift, do BBG, cardio and more. When I do go by myself, music is my savior. Here are 18 songs that get me off my butt, picking up my pace, dancing like no one is around and pumping some more iron. I hope these songs can motivate you as much as they do me!
