In this current day and age, taking the Myers-Briggs Personality Test is a part of many psychology classes, as well as those who are just interested. Taking the test certainly, makes you realize more about your self than you ever thought. When I took the test, I was considered an INTJ, which stands for Introversion (I), Intuition (N), Thinking (T), Judgment (J).

Only, 2% of the population is also INTJ's, and only 1% of that are women. INTJ's are compared to Katniss Everdeen, from "The Hunger Games." Other famous INTJ's include Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Bill Gates, Stephen Hawking and Sir Isaac Newton. If you feel that your values reflect those of the people listed above, here are a few more signs that you're probably an INTJ.

1. You are reserved and quiet.

2. You enjoy computers, video games, and technology.

3. You are very independent. You don't like structure.

4. You have a high college GPA (INTJ's are one of two types that have the highest college GPA).

5. You want/have a career in scientific or technical fields, computer occupations, or legal professions.

6. You are very self-confident, but at times can have low self-esteem.

7. You can be a bit judgmental and arrogant.

8. You are sometimes clueless in romantic situations.

9. You are a leader, rather than a follower.

10. You are goal oriented, and will not stop working toward those goals.

11. You are very independent.

12. You like to keep your business secret, and are always worried about people knowing too much about you.

13. You have a bit of social anxiety, another reason why you are quiet and reserved.

14. You love learning, especially about things that very much interest you.

15. You struggle when it comes to memorizing.

16. You tend to focus on flaws, rather than what people love about you.

17. You are proud to be different, and a part of a personality that is one of the rarest.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.
