Growing up with a brother has taught me many things, such as I have a short temper. I love my brother with my whole heart, I know he will always be there for me no matter the circumstances, but I swear he loves annoying the crap out of me on a daily basis. But without him I would not be who I am today. I always say I want sisters (Right Dobby?) but I don't know if I would want a sister who steals my clothes and possibly ruin them over a brother who would just steal my food (not cool bro). I wouldn't trade you for anything. OK that's a lie...I would trade you for a kitten if I had the chance, but I still love you.
If you have a brother, you have (or attempted to) come to terms with the things he does.
1. He leaves a mess where ever he goes.
Food containers on the counter, socks in the floor, couch cushions messed up, and the list goes on.
2. He always has a smart comment to say, even when you're not talking to him.
Dude get out of my conversation. A-B conversation, C your way out.
3. He eats the food that you were saving for the next day.
"DO NOT EAT" notes flood the fridge.
4. The stories he tells sound unbelievable.
Until he pulls out the video to show you the stupid thing he did when he was drunk.
5. He kicks you out of the living room.
Since when were sports more important than McDreamy dying??
6. He bribes you to do his laundry.
I would not touch those nasty clothes with a 10-foot pole.
7. He takes you to lunch just because.
But he picks the restaurant and he's driving (SOS).
8. He makes fun of you crying at a TV series you've watched for the 6th time. In a row.
I can't help it that Grey's Anatomy is the greatest show in the world.
9. He encourages you to pursue your dreams
Rarely ever did I not see his face in the stands cheering me on.
10. He picks fights over stupid things like who parks in the driveway.
I still think I deserve it because I'm the favorite.
11. He defends you until he's blue in the face.
And then you make fun of him because he face turned blue.
12. He gets you so angry when you're home alone and you end up calling mom.
Guilty as charged. Sorry not sorry.
13. He will keep your secrets
Unless you called Mom and told on him. Then it goes downhill.
14. He gets on your nerves.
I don't want to go with you to the mall. Quit asking.
15. He makes sure you're OK after a rough day.
Never a doubt that you wouldn't make sure I smile then give me a sarcastic comment on my hair.
16. He embarrasses you in front of that cute boy from school.
You'll be in deep trouble later, don't you worry.
17. No matter what you do or say, he always loves you.
I love you too, even though I don't say it often because I try to tell people I'm adopted so no one knows we are actually relate (It worked once)
