This past week was my first as a Denisonian. It's been a crazy, wonderful and overwhelming time. Here's a complied list of everything I've learned during my first week at Denison University.

1. Everyone is willing to be your friend.

2. The walk to Mitchell is a workout within itself.

3. Adam Weinberg is a Denison celebrity.

4. Also, he has the cutest dogs.

5. Everyone misses their own dogs.

6. Whit’s is a necessary part of a Denisonian's diet.

7. The Slayter Sizzle is an experience like no other.

8. There's always someone willing to help.

9. If you open your door and have some good food, you will inevitably make friends.

10. The dining hall staff are some of nicest people you will meet.

11. We are all united in our exhaustion.

12. If there’s free stuff available, whether it's pens, t-shirts, or food- you take it!

13. Slayter is the hub of campus.

14. The laundry room isn’t as scary as anticipated.

15. Curtis West is the best place to live (but I might be biased).

16. It’s the place I’m meant to be.
