It's a short and simple sentiment but I feel as though I don't say it enough.

Thank you.

Thank you for being my biggest fan.

Thank you for encouraging me to be my best self.

Thank you for helping me when I was too scared to ask for it.

Thank you for supporting me always, unconditionally.

Going off to college made me appreciate our relationship so much more and made me much more thankful to have you in my life.

Some of my friends don't have close relationships with their parents but I do.

I can laugh with you and I can cry with you.

We have shared some really great moments together from sporting events to concerts to just time at home like talking during dinner or watching a movie. I treasure these times.

Thank you for being my dad. I love you.
