Going out on the weekend is a great way to relax after a long week. While parties are fun and all, one of the best parts of the night is always getting ready with friends. When you're picking out your outfits and doing makeup, there's nothing better than having some great tunes to listen to. And to have the best night imaginable, you definitely need a fire playlist to hype you up for the night ahead.

Don't worry, each of these songs have already gone through Tom Haverford's rigorous testing and are indeed bangers.

1. "Single Ladies" - Beyoncé

Hands down, the best song to start off a night of fun with your BFFs. There's nothing like a girl power anthem with a classic dance to get the night started.

2. "Truffle Butter" - Nicki Minaj feat. Drake & Lil Wayne

This collab has an amazing beat, plus Nicki brings the heat with lines like "I ain't gotta compete with a single soul" and "I ain't never need a man to take care of me."

3. "Hotline Bling" - Drake

Definitely a slower jam -- not to mention a modern classic -- but it's great to play while things are still picking up. Imitations of the video are always welcome.

4. "Sorry" - Justin Bieber

With this irresistible single, all of Justin Bieber's past transgressions were miraculously forgiven. A great mood booster to kick off the first dance sesh of the night.

5. "Gasolina" (DJ Buddah Remix) - Daddy Yankee feat. Lil Jon & Pitbull

Since everyone's already in the dancing mood, this reggaetón throwback will keep that feeling going. Plus, dancing to it now will be a lot less awkward than when they played this at your middle school dance.

6. "Lose Control" - Missy Elliot feat. Ciara & Fat Man Scoop

Follow up one great throwback with another to keep people on their feet. Plus, no respectable going out playlist doesn't have at least one Missy Elliot song.

7. "Jumpman" - Drake & Future

The slower beat mixed with nonstop lyrics makes this a great song to listen to as you get ready to head out. One of the best tracks from "What A Time To Be Alive" that has the perfect vibe for a night out.

8. "Candy Shop" - 50 Cent

Just enough time for one more dance sesh? Kick it off with this Fiddy classic. It may be over 10 years old, but it's iconic and you can't help but jam to it.

9. "Hips Don’t Lie" - Shakira feat. Wyclef Jean

You can't go wrong with this Shakira hit. The whole song's about killer dance moves, so show off yours!

10. "Worth It" - Fifth Harmony

Don't underestimate Fifth Harmony's ability to instill confidence with this jam. You look amazing, and there's nothing better than singing and dancing with your friends to help you feel great, too.

11. "Toxic" - Britney Spears

You recognize this song as soon as it comes on and you know every word. Embrace it. Don't be afraid to throw in some of your own choreography and create a group dance.

12. "Work" - Rihanna feat. Drake

You can't stay still while listening to RiRi's latest single. Dancing is mandatory, and singing along is pretty easy too.

13. "Feeling Myself" - Nicki Minaj feat. Beyoncé

When two flawless people collab, it's going to be nothing short of spectacular. After listening to this, you'll definitely feel unstoppable and know that you're ready to take on the night and make it amazing.

14. "Hotel Room Service" - Pitbull

Another throwback hit from Pitbull aka Mr. Worldwide aka Rufus, the naked mole rat from Kim Possible. After listening to this, you'll be all set to go. Dale.

15. "679" - Fetty Wap feat. Remy Boyz

Perfect to play as you're walking out the door and heading to a party. Since this song dropped, there hasn't been a night going out where I haven't heard it.

ENJOY!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
