Throughout the years, your mom has been there for you under every circumstance possible. It is easy to forget how much your mom has sacrificed for you to have a great childhood. As Mother's Day comes around, it is important to be reminded of all the things your mom has done for you. This one's for all the moms- we appreciate every little thing you do! Here are 15 things you'll want to thank your mom for.
1. Finding the items I have lost
As we all know, nothing is really lost until your mom can't find it. Thank you for finding every toy, jersey, hairbrush and so much more.
2. Giving into buying anything I ask for, whether I need it or not.
I know I don't need any more products or clothes, but thank you for stepping up to the plate when I think I do.
3. Surviving through the whole "middle school" stage with me.
Even though you told me a million times my hair was too dark and I had too much eyeliner on, I never listened to you. Thank you for trying to help, anyways.
4. Attending every event
From practices to graduation day, you were always sitting front and center cheering me on. Thank you for always supporting me.
5. Doing all the chores with little help
No matter how many times you told me to clean my room or do the dishes I would always do a subpar job. Thank you, for finishing the job every time.
6. Always having my back
Even when you know I'm wrong, you still find a way to back me up. Thank you for defending me even when you don't think you should.
7. Never staying mad at me
I know I can make your blood boil, but it never lasts for long. Thank you for finding a way to forgive me no matter what I've done wrong.
8. Letting me borrow everything of yours
Although this may seem more like "stealing" in your eyes, I swear I always intend to give your things back! Thank you, for lending me your items even when I don't ask.
9. Being a personal chauffeur until I was old enough to drive
Thank you for the countless amount of times you drove me around all day from school to practice and friends houses.
10. Throwing the best birthday parties
You were responsible for every one of my greatest birthday parties! Thank you, for giving me some of my greatest childhood memories.
11. Telling me when something looks bad
I can always count on you to tell me when a certain look is not made for me. Thank you, for never holding back how you really feel.
12. Encouraging me to never give up on my dreams
No matter how ridiculous they have sounded throughout the years, thank you for convincing me to accomplish whatever I have in mind.
13. Giving me your sense of humor
Now that I'm older, we are cracking the same jokes. Thank you, for always giving me someone to laugh with.
14. Your patience
Thank you, for always acting relaxed no matter what other emotions you must be feeling.
15. Being my number one fan!
Most of all, thank you for standing by my side and becoming my best friend, I don't know what I would do without you!
I love you, Mom!
