I have come to the realization that I am addicted to all things Mexican food. Whether it be nachos, tacos, or enchiladas, it is all amazing. I mean where else can one indulge their taste buds into a fiesta with every bite? Not Italian food, Not Chinese food, Mexican Food. So as you can see, being the Mexican food connoisseur that I am, I have established a few reasons why Mexican Food is the best food around any town.

1. Chips and salsa are almost always on the house

2. The culture you experience through the food and atmosphere of the restaurant is better than other places

3. Guac, Guac, and more Guac

4. The fresh made chips are amazing

5. It's cheap, like a burrito everyday kinda budget cheap.

6. Almost every restaurant has some variety of it

7. Taco Tuesday

8. Tequila goes great with any Mexican food dish

9. It's a fiesta in your mouth, who doesn't want that?

10. You can have it any time of the day

11. Its a great meal for ANY OCCASION

12. Street Corn

13. You can always eat it as leftovers

14. You can get it how you like It (spicy obviously)

15. It's simple to make, and even simpler to enjoy!

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
