It is so important to have little reminders floating in our brains, letting us know we are doing just fine. Sometimes it feels like your life is sucking you into a black hole. This is a list of 15 reminders, letting you know that you are not only doing just fine, but you are doing so much better than you think. Life will throw laughter, struggle, surprises, and confusion your way. It is inevitable. So just enjoy it, because it is happening.
1. Success is not measured by what your college GPA is.
2. You will outgrow people, and people will outgrow you. You will not stay "BFFs" with everyone you have met in the past 21 years. Would you really want to anyway?
3. Nobody has life completely figured out yet, either. Don't stress too much about it.
4. You need to have faith in yourself.
5. Put yourself first once in a while. Don't teach everyone that you come second.
6. Hug friends that support you during the difficult times. You know -- the ones who love you when you feel incredibly unlovable.

7. Holding onto the idea of someone is dangerous. Just know, you can never love someone as much as you miss them. Lost love is just that, lost.
8. Stop pretending something doesn't bug you. If something is upsetting you or making you feel anything but happy, confront the situation. Stop the infamous "I'm fine" and making other people guess what's wrong.
9. Just breathe.

10. Don't whine about your body image if you spend more time on the couch than in the gym.
11. Don't cheat yourself out of any opportunity because it is out of your comfort zone.
12. Brush your teeth and wash your face (at least) twice a day.
13. When somebody asks you what your hobbies are or what you do, tell them your passions. Let them see the smile that creeps across your lips as you start to reminisce on the things that make you happy.
14. Trust yourself. You know that gut feeling that is telling you that something isn't right? Exit the situation immediately.
15. Decide that wanting something is more important than fearing it.
