The age of technology, how we have grown to love it. It has shaped our lives in so many ways. We can communicate with more people faster than ever before. We can hear about events happening half way around the world in real time. And spend our childhoods watching dumb, yet funny, videos on YouTube. If you, like me, learned about YouTube in elementary and middle school, some videos are most likely seared in your memory. As school and college winds down, let us take a few moments to relax and relive those childhood experiences. Here I have collected some classic YouTube videos that I remember from our childhoods.

1. Charlie the Unicorn


If this one doesn't take you back to middle school, I don't know what will. It's a classic.

2. Harry Potter Puppet Pals: The Mysterious Ticking Noise

Not going to lie, I performed this one as part of a group for a talent show in the 8th grade.

3. Chocolate Rain by Tay Zonday


I still don't understand how his voice can be so deep.

4. Numa Numa Song

I still know all the words to this one.

5. Crazy Frog

This was the first video that I ever saw on YouTube. Ah, sweet sweet memories.

6. Charlie Bit My Finger

This is still cute and it has been around forever.

7. Bed Intruder Song

Kids were running up and down the middle school hallways singing this song and I was so confused until I came home from school and looked it up.

8. Gummy Bear Song

This song annoyed me so much because it's so weird and strangely catchy.

9. Shoes Song

I don't know why I remember this from the middle school bus but I do.

10. Llamas with Hats

This one still makes me giggle.

11. You Ain't Got No Pancake Mix

YOU AIN'T GOT NO PANCAKE MIX!

12. British Animal Voiceovers

THIS IS ACTUALLY STILL MY FAVORITE THING OMG WATCH IT!!!!

13. Ultimate Dog Tease

It's so cuuuuuuuteeee.

14. Surprised Kitty

THE BEST CAT VIDEO EVER IN EXISTENCE FIGHT ME.
