I love music because it can change my mood instantly. If I'm having a rough day and listen to some happy upbeat music it peps me up a little bit and makes my day seem manageable. I have created a list of 14 songs for anyone struggling out there. Some of these are upbeat and happy to lighten your mood, while others are a little more emotional and pull at the heart strings. Either way, all of these songs have helped me in one way or another when I've felt down, so here are 14 songs to listen to when you're struggling and need some inspiration to get through the day.
