I'm a music junkie. I'll listen to just about anything as long as it isn't Iggy Azalea or something sung by someone equally stupid. So, I've compiled a list of songs that I can't stop listening to — I'm working out to them, I'm walking to class with them, I'm sitting and doing nothing while listening to them, it doesn't stop — and put it together on my Beats profile. Which, by the way, the Beats app is about 100 times more aesthetically pleasing and way easier to use than Spotify. Plus "The Sentence" section is lots of fun.
Now, before I go any further, remember one simple rule. Put this playlist on shuffle, and don't look at the covers/artists/whatever. Some of the artists on here people will turn their noses up at because for some reason, people think their "level of coolness" (hi, this is college, literally no one cares about your "status") depends on what sounds they listen to. Because, news flash, they're all sounds. Except for Igloo Australia: that's trash.
Here's a list of the playlist and YouTube links to the songs, in case you're also too cool to use the Beats app. These aren't new songs, some of them are actually pretty old, but it's a fun, eclectic February mix that blends so well together it might as well be its own CD.
- "Ghost" - Ella Henderson
- "Night Owls Early Birds" - Foxes
- "Bad B*tch" - French Montana
