My favorite thing about college is the ability to choose classes that pertain to your individual interests. I love science, hence why I've chosen to be a Biology major. I love that I am able to take classes that I actually enjoy, but I'm not gonna lie, I have a very rigorous schedule.
With each major comes a specific set of "problems" that you encounter on a daily basis.
Here's a list of my favorite #sciencemajorprobs that will speak to all of you science majors on a spiritual level.
1. When auto-correct can't save you.
2. When the curve is your BFF.
3. When spend more time with your textbook than any human being.
4. Those goggle lines that you shamefully walk around with.
5. When your schoolwork actually starts to kill you.
6. A majority of your texts are about your homework.
7. When data brings joy to your day.
8. Even when you don't have something to do, you actually have something to do.
9. Renting one book costs more than one paycheck from your sh**ty part-time job.
10. When you are 90% coffee, 10% Homosapien.
11. Your phone serves as a the best study guide.
12. Science follows you everywhere...
13. Procrastination before exam dates gets the best of you.
There's a reason why roughly 40 percent of those who declare a science major as freshmen end up switching their majors before their second year of college.
Every major comes with their own trials and tribulations, but let's just say science majors have very unique issues they deal with.
Take it from me, the struggle is real.
