It becomes that time in August when you can no longer ignore the school campaigns and the changing weather. Soon, the leaves will be brightening and turning, making it known to all that it's time to go back to school. But while summer might be ending, Autumn is just around the corner, and it's one season I can't get enough of. What's your favorite thing about fall?

13. Your Favorite Shows Come Back

Commence fan-girling.


12. Sweater Weather

Because nothing is comfier than your favorite, angel-soft sweater.


11. Football

There is something nostalgic about watching your favorite team play, no matter how old you are.


10. The Smell

Fall has a smell that mixes pumpkins, caramel apples, and leaves. It’s alluring.


9. The Colors

The beautiful landscapes of Wisconsin are beautifully highlighted by the gorgeous fall colors it dons every year. It’s breathtaking.

8. Comfy Socks

I like being barefoot as much as the next girl, but nothing is better than walking around in my comfiest stocking socks.

7. Returning to College

And getting to see all my new friends again.

Not just pumpkin spice lattes, I’m talking crisp caramel apples, apple pies and cinnamon cakes.

With chilly weather comes great times to have a fire.

When Halloween get’s closer, there is no better time to pull out your favorite scary movies.
