In celebration of Taylor Swift releasing new music and for my impatience that I have to wait for the album to be released (at least we get singles), I have made the decision to dedicate an article to the Queen of Musical Talent, Taylor Swift, herself. If you don't know me then you probably know now that I am a die-hard Taylor Swift fan and if you do know me, you probably just agreed with this statement.

If you are generous, stylish and unbelievably talented then you might just be Taylor Swift.

1. You never leave the house without your signature red lipstick.

This is your trend and you own it. You pretty much trademarked red lipstick.

2. You are a master baker.

Bakers gonna bake, bake, bake! People are lined up outside to buy your delicious home-made treats. You know Taylor says, "Haters gonna hate, but I'm just gonna bake, bake, bake"!

3. Advice connoisseur is your middle name.

Your friends know they can count on you to give them the best advice. Your optimism is contagious and you always have an encouraging word for them.

5. Speaking of friends, friends come first before any boyfriend romance.

You have your friends back and they have yours. Can someone say loyal? And in the gif above, Taylor's best friend is named Abigail... does that mean I am Taylor Swift's best friend?

6. Your dance moves are legendary.

I am pretty sure that Taylor will win an award for these legendary dance performances at award shows.

7. You're a style icon.

The 21st century Audrey Hepburn. Taylor could be the hostess for New York, Paris or London Fashion Week. She has won many Elle Fashion Awards.

8. Your family is your built-in best friends.

The Folk's have taught the Swift's the lessons of cool. You're welcome.

9. You are a cat lady.

Cats are your best friend and you will build them their own personalized cat lounge. A cat life sure is a hard knock life.

10. You are a mix of sweet and sassy.

Sweet by day, sassy by night. A complex personality. Well, that is you all right.

11. You are a hopeless romantic and you believe in fairy tales.

Prince charming on a white horse with sunflowers in hand and the classic diamond Harry Winston ring... What a fairytale/ dream come true!

12. Gift-giving is your expertise.

Your kindness and generosity will never go out of style! See what I did there, oh how the love continues.

13. You love people and people love you.

There is nothing you would NOT do for your friends and family. Keep shining and be true to yourself. People love you and you love them. DO NOT FORGET IT!

So... Are you and Taylor Swift the same person?

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
