Standardized testing might just seem like the ACT or SAT college entrance exams to most students. However, they're not the only test students are faced with. In my home state of Florida, students receive End of Course (EOC), FSA, or FCAT exams in multiple subjects starting as early as in elementary school. Something about this whole testing system needs to be adjusted to stop hindering students and better prepare them for the world outside of simply taking exams.
