12 Things That College Students Hate During Winter Break

Everyone loves their winter break, I mean how great is it to be on break for over a month- it's every students' dream come true.

Whether from a big or small family, big or small town, everyone experiences these things that make them want to sleep 24/7 during break.

Everyone is annoying.... and here is why

1) The.. "How is school going?

What do you mean how is school going? You mean the 100+ hours you miss on sleep a week, the over nights in the libraries, the professors that think their class is the only class that has ever been existed? It's going great, thank you for asking.


2. What's your major?

Well, I'm majoring in ....... and minoring in.....

*person who asks just nods their head as if they actually care about my well-being and future*



3. What do you plan on doing with your major?

Your guess is as good as mine...or should I say I mean probably get a job, make some money, that kind of stuff...


4. Do you have a boyfriend/girlfriend?

No.


5. There's no nice boys or girls at school?

No.



6. Getting yelled at for sleeping in

All you want to do is catch up on sleep, and yet you get yelled at for sleeping past 9 AM.


7. Getting yelled at for staying up late

"Well if you didn't stay up till 3 AM last night, then you wouldn't need to sleep in". Well okay, just trying to catch up on the 5 TV shows I missed during school.


8. Getting yelled at for not doing anything around the house

Even if it is true, this is break. Hello, does anyone get it? I'm on break!!


9. Are you going to work this break?

Well I guess so because nobody is giving me money, now are they...


10. Wanting to get your gym schedule back in the works, but also wanting to just stay home and watch Netflix.

Using that line that says, "I'm just going to get back my routine and be healthy during break."

*eats everything in site while watching Netflix*


11. Home friends all coming home and only ever hearing about their relationship status

I'm single and ready to mingle....


12. Wanting to have the craziest break ever and make college friends jealous, thinking you'll be going out every weekend, going to concerts, visiting friends, when everyone's break actually looks like this..
