12 Signs You're A Grazer, Not A Meal Eater

If you're anything like me, you LOVE food. Unfortunately, though, you can never eat as much as you would like to at once. Every day I battle wanting to eat all my meal but being to full to make it to the finish line. After a while, it gets pretty disappointing. So I had to start thinking about the positives. Sure I may not be able to eat a full meal at every meal... but I get hungry so often I still am able to "eat and be merry". After all, wouldn't you much rather get to enjoy all the delicious food without ever feeling regretful for being to stuffed? For us grazers that rarely happens since our body tells us we're full before we've overexerted our tummies. So really being a grazer is a blessing. Who wants to be a meal-eater anyways? If you think you're a grazer like me, read the signs below to know if it's true:

1. You get hungry every hour.

Just ate? Doesn't matter, you're already hungry.

2. Your eyes are bigger than your stomach.

You frequently will order more food than you can actually eat.

3. You always have leftovers.

Can't eat it now? That's okay you'll just bring it home...odds are you'll be hungry by then anyways.

4. If you have to go hours without eating, you're starving...but can still barely eat anything in one sitting.

In the unlikely event that you are forced to wait to eat, people would assume you'd be able to eat way more. Nope.

5. You have to take breaks while eating.

Yeah, that cookout tray you ordered? Probably took you three hours to finish it. But it's okay, you're just pacing yourself.

6. Holiday meals are a real struggle.

Naturally, you pile your plate high with two of everything. Then proceed to barely make a dent before you're already full.

7. You would rather eat when you're hungry than stuff yourself.

Stuff yourself? No thanks, you'll just save it for later (AKA in an hour).

8. You're frequently told you have the stomach of a toddler.

"Your stomach must be the size of a little kid's, you barely ate anything!"

9. Actually, you're just used to being made fun of in general because of your eating habits.

"How are you hungry, we just ate??!"

"You barely touched your plate!"

"You're full already?!"

Keep em' coming people...

10. Hangry is more of a lifestyle than a moment.

I mean when you're getting hungry every hour...it can get a little annoying sometimes.

11. Late night munchies are a real thing.

That whole every hour thing doesn't stop just because it gets dark outside. You've also learned to completely ignore the "it's really bad to eat late at night" comments. You're hungry, that's all that matters.

12. You're always down to get food.

Your friends can always count on you to eat with them because they know you'll be hungry. So at the end of the day who's really complaining? Well, maybe your bank account.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
