When I first came to college last semester, I had only met my roommate one time. Since I am from Texas (Hook 'em Horns!) and she is from Alabama (Roll Tide!), I had some trepidations about living together for the next year. I knew we would get along, I just did not thing we would become close friends. Since August, however, my roommate has become my best friend and coolest person I know.
