Some people have nightmares of monsters. Some people are terrified of spiders. Some are scared of snakes. Yet a considerable amount of young adults, ages ranging from 18 to 24, have a crippling fear of the weight of their student debt crushing them as they enter their 30's, me included. With the average cost of $60,000 for American private universities, some could find themselves in debt that exceeds hundreds of thousands of dollars. As I drag myself out of bed every day to get ready for my morning classes I often wonder -- what else could I be doing with the money that's going to the college? Well, I have finally sat down and composed a list of things that we could do instead of going to college for a year.

1. Fly to Romania and back 20 times.

Bucharest airlines sells tickets to Romania for as low as $1,502. Which means, with your $60,000 you could afford 20 round trips. Or just one trip with a lot of spending money (which would make a lot more sense).

2. Buy 60 horses.

According to pets.costhelper.com, you could buy a horse for as low as $1,000. So why go to college when you could start a horse farm?

3. Bungee jump 857 times.

You can make reservations on bungee.com, to bungee jump twice for $140. That's at least two times a day for the whole year.

4. Go on the cruise to see the beaches of Hotluco, Mexico...240 times.

Ever wanted to go to explore the beauty of Mexico? Well, for only $250 a person, you could take the Private Bay Cruise 240 times with your college tuition money.

5. Buy 30,000 Wet n Wild lipsticks

These lipsticks are literally less than two dollars, so if you ever wanted to buy 30,000 lipsticks you know which company to turn to. Bonus!: Wet n Wild is 100 percent cruelty free.

6. Buy the latest 2016 Audi a6 and 6,900 gallons of gas.

Not only can you buy the 2016 Audi a6, you will have $13,800 left over for gas. With the prices as low as $2, you have enough for 6,900 gallons of gas.

7. Buy 7,000 lobster rolls...in an England McDonald's.

Sadly, lobster rolls are only available in England. But when considering the cost of a plane ticket to England and back, you could buy 7,000 lobster rolls at McDonald's. Now tell me, would you rather sit in class to try and achieve a degree or eat thousands of lobster rolls?

8. Pay for the premium membership to Planet Fitness for 250 years.

Ever wanted to get fit? Well why not spend your college tuition money on the Planet Fitness premium membership for 250 years? Great investment, I say.

9. Donate a "giant diaper pack" to 1,714 families.

You can buy the Pampers Swaddlers Diapers Giant Pack from Target for $34.99, and with the $60k you could purchase over 1,700 packs! These could go to 1,714 families in need.

10. Spend two nights in one of the most expensive hotel rooms in the world.

With $60,000 in your pocket you could spend two nights in the Presidential Suite at the Hotel Cala di Volpe in Porto Cervo, Italy (the room costs $26,000 a night), which comes with three bedrooms, a gym, and a large swimming pool. On top of that you would have $8k left over for spending money.

11. Buy 6,000 packs of beer.

...but why would you even bother with beer if you weren't going to college?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
