100 degrees, humidity, dry heat, tornadoes, thunderstorms: the characteristics of summer weather. There are so many struggles that come with the wonderful perks of summer (no school, more freedom, hanging with friends). But do the struggles outweigh the rewards?
1. Walking outside requires you to bring a towelette with you.
2. Sitting in front of the fan is only temporary.
3. Boob sweat is so real.
4. You're constantly self-conscious about your body odor.
5. You go through a lot of deodorant.
6. Your legs stick to the chairs and leave sweat.
7. There is no controlling your hair.
8. Hearing those dang cicadas all the time.
9. Not being able to use your over-heated phone.
10. Scheduling all your activities in the morning or late at night.
11. It's so hot you can cook food on outside surfaces.
Through all these struggles, we still seem to find a way to make the best out of the summer days.
