As we all know or have seen on the internet, the latest season of "Game of Thrones" premiered two Sundays ago. The much anticipated season six has been long awaited (a whole year), and "Game of Thrones" fans could not have been more excited for this season to begin. Many fans of "Game of Thrones" have also read the fantasy novel series, which has gained a lot of popularity since the show’s debut in 2011. There are many characteristics among "GoT" fans which make the distinct from fans of other fandoms. For example, "Game of Thrones" fans are very distinct in their love, appreciation, and frustration with the show and George R.R. Martin’s genius behind the series. Many "GoT" fans become emotionally invested in the "Game of Thrones" series (and if you know what happened at the end of episode 10 season five, you understand why). Here are 11 (of the many signs) you know you’re emotionally invested in "Game of Thrones."

1. The most recent episode of "Game of Thrones" made you the happiest person in Westeros.

2. You wish Daenerys and Khal Drogo stayed together forever. Like seriously, now that J Snow is back, can we bring back Khal (when he’s not a zombie)? PLEEAASSEEE?

3. Waiting a year for the premiere of season 6 made you feel sort like this guy.

4. You REALLY wish you could party with Tyrion Lannister.

5. You wonder how many more times Sansa Stark is going to be married off or hooked up with some weird or violent male character. Could Theon Greyjoy be her next suitor?.

6. You low-key love Cersei Lannister because not only is she the Queen Regent, she is the queen of throwing shade.

7. Lord Baelish makes you uncomfortable (I mean his nickname is LITTLE FINGER and he owned a brothel - how much creepier can he be?!).

8. You discovered in season 6 that Breann of Tarth has no real idea of what’s going on anymore, she’s still just trying to keep the oath she made to Catelyn Stark.

9. You’ve never equally loved and hated a book/T.V.series as much as you do Game of Thrones (thanks, George R.R. Martin).

10. You’re jealous Ygritte was the first woman to kiss Jon Snow (among other things that happened in that cave).

11. You can’t wait for every Sunday night during "GoT" season because it means you will have your week's worth of Westeros drama.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
