I'm not one to watch cartoons, but I do love to watch "Bob's Burgers." Unlike so many of the "adult" cartoons that out there, "Bob's Burgers" isn't too inappropriate and has some pretty good themes and messages. Unlike Homer Simpson, Bob Belcher isn't full of crude humor and instead has loads of wise advice. He is also one of my personal favorites on the show.

3. He doesn't pretend to know what women want

4. He lets his kids listen to whatever they want

5. When he cared about what his children were doing

6. When he stood up for his family

7. When he knew when to hit the brakes

8. When he instilled important political values in his family

9. When he embraced his children and their weirdness

10. When he was supportive of his children's uniqueness

11. When he wasn't afraid to tell his kids "no"

Bob Belcher is just a really great, awkward dad.
